take 1/a^2 common(3a+2)+(5a+6)-2/a^2(-4a+3)

=1/a^2(5a-5a+6)-2/a^2(-a)

=1/a^2(6)...so one (a) gets cancel so=a

again A cancels..so answer is = -12/a
