QUESTION ⤵️

The area of a square is 18cm'. What is the length of one side? Find its perimeter?

ANSWER ⤵️

{\huge{\sf{\pink{area\: of\: square\:=\: side\: ×\:side}}}}</p><p></p><p></p><p>

{\huge{\sf{\pink{area\: of\: square\:= \: 18cm {}^{2} }}}}</p><p></p><p></p><p>

AS EACH SIDE ARE EQUAL OF SQUARE

SO LET THE SIDE BE A

THEREFORE, SIDE ×SIDE= 18

A×A= 18

 A {}^{2}  = 18

 A =  \sqrt[]{18}

 A = 3 \sqrt[]{2}

NOW, PERIMETER OF SQUARE= 4 A

4 A = 4  \times 3 \sqrt[]{2}

4 A = 12 \sqrt[]{2}

THEREFORE, THE PERIMETER IS 122
