Atomic no. 3 which refers to Li which is a highly electropsitive element in s block

Atomic no. 9 refers to flourine which has least metalic character

Final conclusion is that-:

1.)electropsitivity decreases when we go from left to right in periodic table so order of given atomic no elements

3 6 7 8 9 are in decrasing order of electropositivity

2.) metallic character is also decrease when we go from left to right in periodic table so same order 3 6 7 8 9 comes out
