let's the volume of first cylinder=v
then volume of second is also=v(according to question)

height of first cylinder: height of second cylinder=1:2

radii of both=?

volume of first cylinder=πr1²h1
=π× r1²× 1------(1)eqⁿ

volume of second cylinder=πr2²h2
=π×r2²×2-------(2)eqⁿ

on dividing both equation

we get,

v1/v2=π r1² ×1/π r2²×2
1/1= r1²/r2²×2
r1²/r2²= 2/1
r1/r2=√2/1

r1=√2=1.414
r2=1
