Given that:

Common difference is d in Both AP.

First term of first AP

A=8

A

30

=8+30d

First term of second AP

a=3

a

30

=3+30d

On subtracting equation (2) from equation (1), we get

A

30

−a

30

=8+30d−3−30d

A

30

−a

30

=5.
