a) After 2 years -

1,60,000 - 8000 = 1,52,000
1,52,000 x 5/100 = 7600

b) After 3 years -
we know after two years price is = 1,44,400
Finding for last year
1,44,400 = 5/100 = 7220
1,44,400 - 7220 = 1,37,180.
Hence :
