1. The curved surface area of a cylinder is 264 m2 and its volume is 924 m3. Find the ratio of its height to its diameter.

2. A solid metallic sphere of diameter 16 cm is melted and recasted into smaller solid cones, each of radius 4cm and height 8 cm. Find the number of cones so formed.

3. A cylindrical tub, whose diameter is 12 cm and height 15 cm is full of ice-cream. The whole ice-cream is to be divided into 10 children in equal ice-cream cones, with conical base surmounted by hemispherical top. If the height of conical portion is twice the diameter of base, find the diameter of conical part of ice-cream cones.

4. A bucket open at the top is in the form of a frustum of a cone with a capacity of 12308.8 cm2. The radii of the top and bottom of the circular ends of the bucket are 20 cm and 12 cm respectively. Find the height of the bucket and also the area of the metal sheet used in making it. ( Use π = 3.14 )

5. An open metallic bucket is in the shape of a frustum of a cone, If the diameters of the two circular ends of the bucket are 45 cm and 25 cm and the vertical height of the bucket is 24 cm, find the area of the metallic sheet used to make the bucket. Also find the volume of the water it can hold. { Use Π = 22/7}
