Hey dear!

Here is yr answer.......

1.

Let us take rhombus ABCD

AC & BD are diagonals

O is the midpoint of rhombus

AC = 24cm (given)

BD = 10cm (given)

AO = OC = 12cm

BO = OD = 5cm

Now, in Rhombus AOB -----

using pythagorus therom!

AB² = AO² + BO²

AB² = 12² + 5²

AB² = 144+25

AB = √169

AB = 13cm

Now,

Perimeter of rhombus = 4s

= 4(AB)

= 4(13)

= 52cm

Therefore, perimeter of rhombus = 52cm

2.

Let us take rectangle ABCD

length = 40cm

AC is a diagonal of 41cm

Now,

Using pythagorous therom!

BC² = AC² - AB²

BC² = 41² - 40²

BC² = 1681 - 1600

BC = √81

BC = 9cm

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

= 2(40+9)

= 2(49)

= 98cm

Therefore, perimeter of rectangle = 96cm

Hope it hlpz....
