Given :

  • Diameter of base is 14 cm .
  • Height of Cylinder is 10 cm .

To Find :

  • Total Surface Area of Cylinder .

Solution :

\longmapsto\tt{Radius=\cancel\dfrac{14}{2}=7\:cm}

\longmapsto\tt{Height=10\:cm}

Using Formula :

\longmapsto\tt\boxed{T.S.A\:of\:Cylinder=2\pi{r(r+h)}}

Putting Values :

\longmapsto\tt{2\times\dfrac{22}{{\not{7}}}\times{{\not{7}}}\times{(7+10)}}

\longmapsto\tt{2\times{22}\times{(17)}}

\longmapsto\tt{44\times{17}}

\longmapsto\tt\bf{748\:{cm}^{2}}

So , The Total Surface Area of Cylinder is 748 cm² ..

  • C.S.A of Cylinder = 2πrh
  • T.S.A of Cylinder = 2πr(r+h)
  • Volume of Cylinder = πr²h
