⊕ANSWER⊕

The total of the ratio is 3 + 5 + 7 + 8 = 23

So, the number of employees is a multiple of 23

115 = 23 x 5

92 = 23 x 4

69 = 23 x 3

46 = 23 x 2

74 is not divisible by 23...i.e. total employees cannot be 74
