Given:

✰ Height of a cone = 14 cm

✰ The radius of base of a cone = 3 cm

To find:

✠ Volume of a cone.

Solution:

As we are provided with the height and the the base of cone, we will find its volume simply by using formula of volume of cone. Putting the values in the formula and then doing the required calculations, we will get the solution to the problem.

Volume of a cone = 1/3 πr²h

Where,

  • r is the radius of base of a cone.
  • h is the height of a cone.

Putting the values in the formula, we have:

➤ Volume of a cone = 1/3 × 22/7 × 3² × 14

➤ Volume of a cone = 1/3 × 22/7 × 9 × 14

➤ Volume of a cone = 22/7 × 3 × 14

➤ Volume of a cone = 22 × 3 × 2

➤ Volume of a cone = 22 × 6

➤ Volume of a cone = 132 cm³

∴ The volume of a cone = 132 cm³

Gıvєn :

  • Height of cone = 14cm

  • Radius of cone = 3cm

To Fınd :

  • Volume of cone

Solutıon :

Here in the question Height of cone is given 14cm and radius is given 3cm. we have to find the volume of cone that is 1/3πr²h, where π's value is 22/7, R is radius and H is Height. By Putting the values in the formula we can find the required Volume of cube

Volume of cube = 1/3πr²h

Where,

  • ⇝ Radius (r) = 3cm

  • ⇝ Height (h) = 14cm

⟶ 1/ 3 × 22/7 × (3)² × 14

⟶ 1 × 22 × 3 × 3 × 2

⟶ 22 × 3 × 2

⟶ 66 × 2

⟶ 132cm³

Volume of cube is 132cm³
