Kinetic Energy,K=½×mv²

Given

initial kinetic energy = 25J

When velocity is doubled,

New velocity,V=2v

Kinetic energy=½ m(2v)²

=4×25J

=100J

When velocity is made three times ,

New velocity ,v = 3v

Kinetic energy = ½ m(2v)²

=½×m×9×v²

=9(½mv²)

but Kinetic energy=½mv²=25J

=9×25

=225J
