Answer:

15.625 m cube,15625 litres

Explanation

capacity of the tank = volume of the tank

                                    length ^ breadth ^ height

                                    5 ^ 2.5 ^ 1.25

                                     15.625 m cube

As we know that 1 m cube =1000 l

                            15.625 m cube=15.625^1000

                            15,625 litres

Answer:

Solution:-

Given,

Given,Length (l) = 5m

Given,Length (l) = 5mBreadth (b) = 2.5 m

Given,Length (l) = 5mBreadth (b) = 2.5 mand height (h) = 1.25 m

Given,Length (l) = 5mBreadth (b) = 2.5 mand height (h) = 1.25 m(a) Volume of water tank in m3

= l×b×h

= l×b×h= 5m×2.5m×1.25m

= l×b×h= 5m×2.5m×1.25m= 15.625m3

(b) Volume of water tank in litre = 15.625×1000

(b) Volume of water tank in litre = 15.625×1000 = 15625litre
