1) The length of radious of a right circular cylinder is decreased by 50% and the height is increased by 50% , then find the percentage of volume will be changed ? ​

Solution : Let the radius of the cylinder be r units and height be h units. If radius is decreased by 50% the radius becomes (r-r×50100)units=(r-r2)units=r2 units. Also, if height is increased by 50%, then it becomes (h+h×50100)units=(h+h2)units=3h2 units.
