SOLUTION:-

 \sf u =  - 20  \: cm \\ </p><p> \sf m = 3  \\ \sf∴h_i = 3(h_o)

Magnification =  \boxed{ \rm{ m = \frac{h_i}{h_o}  =  \frac{v}{u} }}

 \sf \dfrac{3h_o}{h_o}  =  \dfrac{v}{ - 20}

 \sf3 =  \dfrac{v}{ - 20}

 \sf - 60 = v

 \therefore \:  \sf \underline{v =  - 60 \: cm}

Lens formula =  \boxed{ \rm{ \frac{1}{f}  =  \frac{1}{v}  -  \frac{1}{u} }}

 \sf \frac{1}{f}  =  \frac{1}{ - 60}  -  \frac{1}{( - 20)}  \\

 \sf \frac{1}{f}  =   \frac{ - 1  + 3}{60}  \\

 \sf \frac{1}{f}  =   \frac{ 2}{60}  \\

\sf \frac{1}{f}  =   \frac{  1}{30}  \\

 \large \therefore \:  \underline{\underline{\sf{ f =  30 \: cm}}}
