Solution :-

→ Both buses A and B leaves leaves together at = 8 AM .

now,

→ Buses on line A leaves after = Every 15 minutes .

→ Buses on line B leaves after = Every 20 minutes .

So, Both buses leaves together after LCM(15, 20) minutes .

→ 15 = 3 * 5

→ 20 = 2 * 2 * 5

→ LCM = 2 * 2 * 3 * 5 = 60 minutes = 1 hour .

then,

→ Time difference between 11 AM - 8AM = 3 hours .

therefore,

→ In 3 hours both buses leaves together in 3/1 = 3 times (Ans.)

Hence, 3 times do buses on both line A and B leave together .
