let's take the original price = x

price after discount = Rs. 129.60

discount = 4%

first we minus the discount from 100 . so,

100 - 4 = 96

so to find the original price we use formula =

(100 - discount) /100*x = original price

96/100*x= 129.60

x= 100 /96*129.60

x = Rs. 135
