1.
The same amount of current flows through the connecting wires and the bulb
filament. However, it is only the filament that glows. Why?
2.
The brightness of light, emitted by a bulb, is observed to decrease when an
electric heater is connected in series with it. Suggest the likely reason for this
observation.
3.
Suggest an experimental set up to illustrate the action of an electric fuse.
4.
A novice electrician, while carrying out some repairs in Sumit's house, tried to
put a piece of tungsten wire in a 'fuse. Sumit's father, on noticing this, stopped
him from doing so. Give reasons as to why he did that.
5.
Draw a labelled diagram of an electric bell and explain its working.

1. though same amount of current flowing through the circuit but high resistance of current flowing through the filament .

GLOWS UP.

2. The greater the voltage , the higher the the current and the brighter the bulb will glow

3. the current through the wire increases beyound a limit the wire Will become too hot and can even melt down .the purpose of fuse is to safeguard the circuit damage due to excessive flow of current

4. this is because , tungsten has high melting point and if used as a wire in a fuse it's going to be of no use .

5. the diagram is above

sorry it was not capturing full so I had share pic twice
