●First solubility of KNO3 increases with increase in temperature as dissolution of KNO3 in water is a endothermic process (for endothermic reactions products formation increases with increase in temperature). But at very high temperature solubility decreases.

●This happens because at very high temperature solute molecules try to escape the attraction of solvent molecules due to high kinetic energy of solute molecules enabled by high temperature and returns to the gaseous state. Therefore with increase in temperature solubility of KNO3 first increases then decreases.
