\mathsf{\underline{ \ Given \ : \ }}

\mathsf{Saplings \ planted \ by \ section \ A \ = \ 18}

\mathsf{Saplings\ planted \ by \ section \ C \ = \ 13}

\mathsf{Saplings \ planted \ by \ section \ B \ = \ x}

\mathsf{\underline{ \ Solution \ : \ }}

\mathsf{Total \ saplings \ = \ 18 + 13 + x \ = \ 31 + x}

\therefore

{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\mathsf{\red{\underline{Algebraic \ expression \ = \ 31 + x}}}}}}}
