2.The product of two numbers is -76.If one of the numbers is 19, find the other number?

3.In a quiz, team A scored +65,-40 and +85 in three successive rounds whereas B scored -35,+60 and +30.Which team scored more and how much?

A.T.Q.

=> -80+x = 295
=> x = 295+80
=> x = 375

Therefore,
The other interger is 375

Let the no. be x

A.T.Q.

=> 19x = -76
=> x = -76/19
=> x = -4

Therefore,
The other no. is -4

Team A scored
= 65+(-40)+85
= 65-40+85
= 25+85
= 110

Team B scored
= (-35)+60+30
= (-35)+90
= 55

Therefore,
110-55
= 110-55
= 55

Team A scored more by 55.
