Answer

1) volume of cylinder,V = πr²h

   r' = r/2

  v' = πr'²h

  v' = πr²h/4

  v' = v/4  , hence, volume of cylinder becomes one fourth the original volume.

2) if length and breadth is doubled

     P = 2(l + b)

     P' = 2(l' + b')

     P' = 2((2l) + (2b))

     P' = 2 x 2(l + b)

     P' = 2 x P

Perimeter of rectangle is two times original perimeter.

3) Opposite faces of a cuboid are same in area.

4) Area of rhombus is 1/2 product of diagonal.

5) Lateral surface area of room =area of 4 walls .
