No. of rotations required by the wheel to complete the distance of 1.1km

given,

Diameter of wheel = 1.4m

radius = 0.7m

so, the circumference of wheel = 2 × 22/7 × 0.7

=> 4.4m

_______________________________

1 rotation of the wheel travels 4.4 metres.

Total distance = 1.1km = 1100m

No. of rotations required = 1100/4.4

=> 250

Hence, No. of rotations required by the wheel to cover distance of 1.1km Is 250.
