1. There were 30 students in a biology class. One day the maths teacher came and measured the heights of the students and calculated the average height of the students of the class. Shreya was the tallest and her height was 165cm. Shortest was Preeti and her height was 140cm.
But two students were absent that day. So the next day, the maths teacher measured the heights of two students which were absent yesterday and again calculated the average height of the students of the class. But the average didn’t changed.
Explain why.
