3 \: red \: marbles \: are \: there \\ all \: together \: 3 + 3 + 3  = 9 \\ probability \:  =   \frac{3}{9}   = (by \: cancellation) =  \frac{1}{3}

(ii)

there \: are \: 6 \: non \: red \: marbles \\ probability =  \frac{6}{9}  =   \frac{2}{3}

(iii)

there \: are \: 3 \: white \: and \: red \: marbles \:  \\ total \: 6 \: marbles \\ probability \:  =  \frac{6}{9}  =  \frac{2}{3}
