Answer:

Given :-

  • Three retired persons invested Rs. 19500, Rs.27300 and Rs. 15600 respectively to set up a leather factory and after a year they had a profit of Rs. 43200. If they will divided ⅔ of this profit equally among themselves and of the remaining in the ratio of their capitals.

Find Out :-

  • Share of each one of them.

Full Solution :-

\dfrac{2}{3} rd of profit will be distributed equally.

i.e., Rs (43200 × \dfrac{2}{3}) = Rs.28800 will be distributed as the principal.

Rest Rs.( 43,200 - 28,800 ) = Rs. 14,400 will be distributed as the equally.

Ratio of three retired person are,

⇒ 19500 :27300 :15600

⇒195 :273 : 156

⇒15 :21 : 12

➛5 : 7 : 4

First person will get for Rs. 14400,

\dfrac{5}{5 + 7 + 4 } \times 14400

\dfrac{5}{16} \times 14400

↦ Rs 4500

Second person will get for Rs 14400,

\dfrac{7}{16} \times 14400

➡ Rs 6300

Third person will get for Rs 14400,

\dfrac{4}{16} \times 14400

➦ Rs 3600

∴ Total profit of the 1 st person Rs.(28800 ÷ 3 + 4500)

= Rs .9600 + 4500

= 14100

∴ Total profit of the 2 nd person Rs. (28800 ÷3 + 6300)

= Rs 9600 + 6300

=15900

∴Total profit of the 3 rd person Rs. (28800 ÷ 3 + 3600)

= Rs.9600 + 3600

=13200

Rs.(28800 ÷ 3 + 4500)

= Rs .9600 + 4500

= 14100

∴ Total profit of the 2 nd person

Rs. (28800 ÷3 + 6300)

= Rs 9600 + 6300
