1) a. This words are said by the cheif of the doctor. He said this to the doctor.

b. He said this because he always used to give wrong instrument to his chief during in the operation theater.

c. No it was not justified for him to say this because he was discourageing the doctor that he could never be a surgeon. As he was his chief he should not discourage any one.
