1. Two complementary angles are such that two times the measure of one is equal to three times the measure of the other. Find the measure of the larger angle.

2. Find the angle whose complement is one third of its supplement.

1) 2x + 3x = 90
= 5x = 90
= x = 90/5= 18
Angles are 2×18 = 36
3×18 = 54
