physical change : in this, only the form of substance is changed, but no new substance is formed. it is a reversible change. example: melting of ice will change just it's state but it can be reversed into its previous form. chemical change: in this , change a new substance is formed which is completely different from the previous one.it is a irreversible change. example: curd from milk it cannot be change into its previous form and different in very way it's take , consistency, and all .
