Let the 2 sides be 7x and 3x..

We know, opposite sides of a parallelogram are equal..

Therefore, the other two sides are also 7x and 3x..

Perimeter = Sum of the lengths of all the sides

7x + 3x + 7x + 3x = 80

20x = 80

x = 80/20

x = 4

Therefore, the sides are 28cm, 12cm, 28cm and 12cm!
