Given:-

Ratio of two supplementary angles is 3 : 7

To Find:-

The angles.

Solution:-

Let the measure of the given angles be 3x and 7x

Since the sum of supplementary angles is 180°

So,

   \bf 3x \: + \: 7x \: = \: 180°

   \bf => \: 10x \: = \: 180°

   \bf => \: x \: =     \bf  \frac {18\cancel0}{1\cancel0}

   \bf => \: x \: = \: 18°

 \therefore The two angles are 3 × 18° = 54° and 7 × 18° = 126°

The two angles are 54° and 126° [Ans]
