Now, part filled in 5 min

= 5×(112+115)=5×(5+460)

= 5×960=34

Part emptied in 1 min when R R and all are opened.

= 16−(112+115)=16−(5+460)

=(16−32)=160

One-sixtieth part is emptied in 1 min.

Therefore, Three-fourth part will be emptied in60×34=15×3 = 45 min.
