Answer:

During a national emergency, many Fundamental Rights of Indian citizens can be suspended. The six freedoms under Right to Freedom are automatically suspended. By contrast, the Right to Life and Personal Liberty cannot be suspended according to the original Constitution.

In India, the two fundamental rights i.e., Protection in respect of conviction of offences and right to life and personal liberty cannot be suspended for ever. Other fundamental rights can be suspended during National Emergency during wat, external aggression, armed rebellion and internal disturbances.
