Unicellular Organisms

The organisms which only have a single cell are called unicellular organisms, these organisms don't have complicated mechanism for digestion or anything. Comparing it to humans, humans have billions of cells. But unicellular organism only has 1 cell. They don't have tissues, different types of blood or anything like that.

Eg: Paramecium, Amoeba, Algae etc...

Multicellular Organisms

These organisms have multiple cells within them. They have complicated mechanisms which means they have many tissues and organs for different purposes. They have different types of tissues which perform various essential functions.

Eg: Animals, Plants etc...
