Answer:

(1). Total number tree in x years is a + bx.

(2). Total number of students = (x)(y)

(3).m(10) +n(1) is the polynomial of the two digit number.

Step-by-step explanation:

(1). Number of trees in the village Lat is = a

Number of trees increases every year  = b

    Number of years = x

Let us consider the number of tree in 2 year = 2 x ( Number of trees increases every year)= 2x b = 2b

similarly, the number of trees in 3 year = 3b

consequently , the number of trees in x years = bx

we already know that,

Number of trees in the village Lat is 'a'

therefore,

By the end of x years the total number of tree in the village Lat = a + bx

Total number tree in x years =  a + bx.

(2). Number of students in each row = y

Number of students in each column = x

Total number of students in parade = (Number of students in each row) x

(Number of students in each column)

     = (x)(y)

Total number of students = (x)(y)

(3). The tens place = m

the value of the tens place = m x 10

The units place = n

the value of the units place = n x 1

Polynomial of the two digit number is equal to = m(10) +n(1)

Therefore,

m(10) +n(1) is the polynomial of the two digit number.
