  • Write negative numbers to the left side of the zero.

  • Write the positive numbers to the right side of the zero.

For : 3.765

  • Mark the numbers 3 and 4

  • Mark on the number line between 3.7 and 3.8

  • Mark on the number line between 3.76 and 3.77

  • Mark 3.765 on the number line.

For 4.26 bar on 26

4.26 bar on 26 = 4.2626...

  • Mark on the number line between 4 and 5

  • Again Mark on the number line between 4.2 and 4.3

  • Mark on the number line between 4.26 and 4.27
