1)-Louis XVI had to increase taxes for many reasons like the war compensation, maintaining court etc..So in this section it is given that how was it done and how did various meetings regarding increased taxation, war planning etc. was done.so this meeting was conducted by estates general .Three of them the clergy, the nobility and third estates sent their representatives. However when meeting has to be conducted was decided by monarchy. When this meeting by Louis XVI was conducted on 5th May ,300 representatives of clergy and nobility we're seated in the big Versailles hall while the 600 members of third estate (out of which only big businessmen etc. had the permission for these meetings)were said to stand at the back.peasants , artsians and women were not allowed to vote. However all the complaints of third estate were sent in some 40,00 letters which were refused by the first , second estate. Also the members wanted that voting now be conducted as one person one vote.Earlier it was that each estate had one vote. But when there demands we're not fulfilled they walked out in protest. After that they gathered in the tennis court of Versailles protest and said that they declared themselves National Assembly and told that they would draft Constitution for France. They were led by Mirabeau and Anne Syies which belonged to first and second estates.
2)- questions like ' Why did third estate members declared themselves national Assembly ?'Or 'how was the voting system in France ?'etc. can be asked.
