Yello,
Your answer is Option (C).
How ? Check out below.

Watt is a unit of Power.
So,
Power formula is

P =  \frac{W}{t}
As Work = Force(f) × Displacement in the direction of force.(s)

Therefore,
P =  \frac{f \times s}{t}

As force unit is Kgm/s^2.
As displacement unit is m.
As time unit is s.

Therefore :

Formula will be

P =  \frac{kgms^{ - 2} \times m }{s}  =   \frac{kgm^{2} }{ {s}^{3} }  = kgm^{2}  {s}^{ - 3}
P = kg×m^2×s^(-3)
= Watt

Also Work done unit = kg×m^2×s^(-2)
= Joule(J)

Therefore Power = J/s (because work is J and time is t)
= J×s^(-1)

Watt = 1Js^(-1)
So the correct option is (C).

(Dont forget ! Energy and work done have same units.)
