It can also occur in heart when ur heart moving excess blood with each heart beat.

Answer: The pulse in front of the ears represents the superficial temporal artery. Bot the dorsalis pedis and posterior tibialis pulses can be felt in the feet. Each pulse is produced by the pressure pulse resulting from the heart's contraction.
