write as much as possible
Answer:
The actual writing of an essay should really be quite simple because all of the research, thinking, organizing, should be done before you begin to write.
Find a suitable topic - one you know about or one you can find out about. If you are not given a choice of topics, but rather are assigned a topic, think of an angle that will make the topic interesting to you. If you are not interested in the topic yourself, it will be more difficult to make it interesting for the reader!
Do proper research. Sometimes do something rather than simply going on line; for example, depending on the topic, you could talk to people who know about the topic and get their viewpoint on it. Don’t use only one source for information about your topic. The more places you go to find information, the more information you will collect and the more you will know about your topic. The more information you know, the easier it will be for you to find a new or more interesting aspect about the topic.
Organize your thoughts…Ask yourself what your viewpoint is on the subject/topic of your essay. Put that in writing. You can change your ideas later if you need to or want to.
What are the most important points you want to make? Teachers usually recommend that you aim for three points. Find examples that back up your points.
Write a conclusion. Your conclusion can be a new way of looking at the topic; it can be a logical conclusion that your points lead the reader to; it can be a summary of your points. The kind of conclusion you come to will depend on the topic of the essay.
Once you have this in writing, you aren’t finished! NOW you have to read it over and see if it makes sense. Then you have to see if you can make it more interesting. Make sure you read it over several times to see how it flows. Do the ideas ‘flow’ from one to the other? Does it make sense? Is it interesting? Is it honest? Is it convincing? Is it grammatically correct?
Now you are ready to really write your essay. Take all of the notes you have made and organized under the three points and write it out. Read it again. You can never read over your essay too many times because each time you read it over, you will find a better way to say something.
Before you hand in your essay, make sure it is as interesting as you can make it; as clear as you can make it; and as correct as you can make it.
