Ways by which GOI is trying to implement equality are:
i) Through laws mentioned in our constitution. All are equal before law.
ii) Through various government programmes or schemes to help unprivileged, poor, tribals and other groups. Government has ensured equal opportunity in jobs and education is a best example gender equality, religious equality and cast equality.
* Disabilities Act 1995 was enacted to ensure safety and equality to Physically disabled persons.
