2. Antonio behaved badly with shylock and he heckled him for not being a Christian and for taking high rate of interest for the capital he lent to others. it was not justified because it did hurt Shylock's ego which was the result for the cruel bond.

3. Shylock had much tenacity to bear the bad words spoken to by Antonio in the realto. Also, he was a protective father though he could not keep Jessica from escaping with Lorenzo.

4. It was Antonio's imprudence that he agreed to such a bond which turned fatal to him. He could have handled the situation in other way.
