1.. He had completely forgotten about his visit to Ranchi. Dr. Chanda suggested him to go to Ranchi once again in order to get back his lost memory.
2.. The author was unable to see Bijju owing to the mist that obscured the hills. He could hear only his voice but was unable to see him.
3.. Jody picked up the fawn into his arms and proceeded to home. After some distance, he kept the fawn down and took rest. Later on, the fawn followed him. Thus he brought the fawn back home.
4.. The grandmother told the children not to kill the Chuchundars because they brought good luck and money.
