Answer:
Heat zones are the different zones of the earth, where the sun's rays fall differently, thus causing different climate patterns. These zones are called the Torrid Zone, the two Temperate Zones, and the two Frigid Zones. The Torrid Zone is very hot since the sun shines overhead here.

Heat zones are zones on the earth determined by how much sun rays fall in that place.
The different heat zones are:
1.Torrid zone: This zone includes the equatorial region, so it receives more heat in the form of sun rays. Thus regions in this zone experience higher temperatures
2.Temperate zones: These zones are located above and below the torrid zone up to an extent. These regions experience a temperate kind of climate(moderate) as not much sun rays reach this region as compared to torrid zone.
3.Frigid zone: The regions in this zone experience a much cooler temperature as much lesser sun rays reach this region than any other zone. These zones are located near the North and south poles. They are mostly perennially snow bound
LATITUDES
Latitudes are imaginary lines on the earth. They run from the North Pole to the South Pole. These lines along with another set of imaginary lines that run vertically (longitudes) help in specifying any point of the earth (coordinates)
