1.Vedic peoples ate a diet of mostly wheat, barley, vegetables, fruits (Indian dates, mangoes, and berries), meats (cow, sheep and goats), and dairy products

2.This was a major offense because cattle were the chief form of wealth in this society. Since Aryan society depended on a pastoral economy cattle were extremely important. The Aryans would consume dairy products as well as beef. Prices in Aryan society were often calculated using cattle.

3.The sannyasa ashrama is one of the four states of ashramas which all include hard work for themselves and others these 4 are brahmacharya, grihastha, vanaprastha, and sannyasa.The sannyasa is the hardest part in which a man has to reach the supreme spirit inside and also to help other people in their welfare.The main aim of a man in sannyasa ashrama is to improve the surrounding society and help poor people, sick people and the needy also.
