If there is no golgi apparatus, the plasma membrane would be affected because it needs to be able to grow larger for cell division.

2) Lysosomes are called suicidal bags of cell bcoz if there is any problem in metabolism or any foreign particle enters then lysosomes digest large molecules through the use of hydrolytic enzymes.
They keep the cells clean and safe so they are called suicidal bags...
