Neuro-Linguistic Programming, or NLP, provides practical ways in which you can change the way that you think, view past events, and approach your life. Neuro-Linguistic Programming shows you how to take control of your mind, and therefore your life.

Answer:

Hey mate,

Step-by-step explanation:

Neuro Linguistics taught me that the hidden, usually subconscious patterns of my thoughts are a key ingredient in how I go about my life and the choices I make that seem conscious.

The Programming part is the operating system of YOUR brain. Once you develop an understanding of the MODEL of thought and thinking that is described by NLP you will be able to recognize when you have a pattern of thought that is useful (ones that brings you success) and ones that are not useful (ones that do not facilitate being the person you are working or aspire to be).

The key idea is that you can move beyond reacting and become someone who ACTS upon the structure of your thoughts, and with permission, the thoughts of others. That when you are in the act of being at choice about your thoughts and understand their structure in the universal, all-humans sense, you can live a life of freedom from habitual upset, change or undo repeating unwanted patterns of behavior, and with love, help others with the same struggle recognize the elements of their own symbolic thoughts and alter them to become more useful.

Our thoughts work in easy to grasp, symbolic ways. If you learn the models and philosophies of NLP you can work with those models - things like experiencing a memory like a big movie. Some people have big movies that scare them, some have big movies that motivate them. Using the models of NLP and the techniques of the discipline you can edit, alter, and change the meanings of your movies, for example.

Dr. Richard Bandler noticed a correlation that people he worked with who had a fear of falling also tended to be the types of people who jumped right out of bed in the morning. It seems strange on its face - which is why NLP is very poorly understood without really gaining a deep knowledge of the MODEL that is shared there. That same internal thought process that facilitated jumping out of bed also fed an irrational fear of stepping right off a ledge.

Patterns of thought are neutral in our brains, however the meanings that get attached to them throughout our lives can cause us grief in our day to day living. Our minds find patterns and wisely generalize them to put them to use across as many areas of living as possible. Once these patterns get ingrained into our habitual thinking centers they can be elusive and hard to detect.

NLP is a rich field that has been built from the shared techniques of thousands of practitioners. Even the most basic “old” techniques from the earliest books still work - Dr. Bandler thinks like a programmer though and is always seeking to find more efficient ways of utilizing “the code” of the mind to get better, lasting results much faster.

❤️Hope you mark me brainlist ❤️
