Heya!!!!!
1. Anything that satisfy our need is called a resource... And this can be broadly classified on the basis upon their availability they are renewable or not. A resource is a source or supply from which a benefit is produced...
2.The relief features, parent material, climate, vegetation and other life-forms as well as time apart from human activities are the major factors responsible for the formation of soil
3.Resource planning is a complex process because ,it involves :

(i) identification and inventory of resources across the regions of the country. This involves surveying, mapping and qualitative and quantitative estimation and measurement of the resources.

(ii) Evolving a planning structure endowed with appropriate technology, skill and institutional set up for implementing resource development plans.

(iii) Matching the resource development plans with overall national development plans.

Plz mark as brainliest if this helps u otherwise no need
