2). Two characteristics that constitutes a resource are :-

it should satisfy some needs.

3). A constitution is a set of law according to which a state or a country is governed.

4). Dissent in a democracy is a way to show the expression of the public in relating to any matters or policy introduced by the government. It is very important in a democracy as it keep the government informed about the interest of the public.
