Time management is the process of planning and exercising conscious control of time spent on specific activities, especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.

So what is a social experience? In its widest context a social experience is visiting a pub/bar with your friends. It could be attending a conference or seminar and interacting with people in a business setting. We know that social interaction is important and people are tribal and need social connections. (Maslow).

15- Self-management skills are the abilities that allow people to control their thoughts, feelings and actions. If you have strong self-management skills, you're able to set goals independently and take the initiative to achieve them.

14-To build a strong sense of self-esteem, and the confidence that develops from it, aim to develop good habits (and to break bad ones !). Look after your physical and mental health : regular exercise can improve both. Make sure that you're getting enough sleep and eating properly.

13-It's your ability to notice your feelings, your physical sensations, your reactions, your habits, your behaviors, and your thoughts. You are aware of all those different aspects of yourself as if you were another person observing you.

12-You are the master of your own mind, so you should dictate how your emotions make you feel, not the other way around.
